Our OneBridge nursing outreach health service plays a critical role in providing essential health checks to people experiencing homelessness, women and children living in Family and Domestic Violence (FDV) Shelters, and migrant support services whom often face significant barriers to accessing traditional healthcare. Our dedicated nurses and nurse practitioners offer comprehensive health assessments, addressing acute and chronic conditions, mental health support, and preventive care. OneBridge is an authorised alternative supplier for Naloxone and an approved member of the Needle and Syringe Provider Program.

Through regular visits and follow-ups, our nurses build trust and rapport, ensuring continuity of care and fostering a sense of community and support among those we serve. Our nursing team link in with specialist nurse practitioners and doctors to provide wrap around care in local communities.

Test Quest!, our OneBridge HCV POCT program in collaboration with The Kirby Institute and Flinders University, funded by the Commonwealth Department of Health. Our initiative focuses on scaling up Hepatitis C point-of-care testing at our strategically placed health clinics. Targeting priority populations, including individuals who inject drugs, those in drug treatment programs, people with a history of injection drug use, those in custodial settings, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, Test Quest! aims to make testing and navigating treatment options accessible to all populations. Our team are fully certified to perform finger-stick point-of-care HCV RNA testing as in accordance with TGA requirements. Our mission is to positively impact the lives of those most vulnerable to HCV and contributing to the goal of eliminating hepatitis C for a healthier and more equitable Australia.
