Our OneBridge nursing outreach health service plays a critical role in providing essential health checks to people experiencing homelessness, women and children living in Family and Domestic Violence (FDV) Shelters, and migrant support services whom often face significant barriers to accessing traditional healthcare. Our dedicated nurses and nurse practitioners offer comprehensive health assessments, addressing acute and chronic conditions, mental health support, and preventive care. OneBridge is an authorised alternative supplier for Naloxone and an approved member of the Needle and Syringe Provider Program.
